Hiraya Anthology

Hiraya Anthology is a group of young writers from the Regional Lead School for the Arts in Angono.

Hiraya, which originates from the phrase "Hiraya Manawari (translates to "May the wishes of your heart be granted")," is taken from an ancient Filipino word meaning the "fruit of one's hopes, dreams, and aspirations."

Anthology, on the other hand, is defined by Oxford Languages as a published collection of poems or other pieces of writing.

Together, Hiraya Anthology can be understood as a collection of a writer's hopes, dreams, and aspirations put into writing.
