Lets start with Next Part 

Manik was standing silent in fear. He was fearing if Arsh actually leave him. Veer himself was hurt. Arsh never shouted at him before like this. But he looked at Manik and controlled his emotions and comes to him

Veer: Arre Mani don't take tension. Bacha hai. You know gusse me kahi baar bol deta hai. You know na he is impulsive.

Manik was not speaking a word.

Veer: Mani bol na please kuch.

Manik just sits on bed. He was still very weak due to fever and now Arsh's words were breaking him and fearing him more. He was in a shock at that time

Meanwhile Nandini came running and crying

Nandini (cries): Manik dekho na he is not opening the door. Manik I am scared wo khud ko kuch kr na le gusse me.

Manik and Veer got tensed and trio runs to Arsh's room and starts knocking the door

Manik (shouts): Arsh open the door 

He starts banging the door hardly, His heart was fearing very much. He was scared if Arsh do something to himself

Manik (cries): Arsh please open the door please bacha you know  na how much I love you. I love you more than anyone in this world. Please Arsh open the door. Arsh I don't have anyone except you. Please Arsh open the door. Please. I will do what u say. But please open the door 

Veer (cries): Haan Arsh please open the door. I am sorry Arsh please forgive me for this. But please open the door. 

Manik and Veer breaks the door as they were not hearing any voice from inside. They sees Arsh lying on floor fainted while sleeping pills were there besides him

Nandini (shouts): Arsh

Nandini Veer Ayesha and Avni runs towards Arsh and starts shouting his name and trying to wake him while Manik was seeing Arsh from far. The scene in front of him was breaking him from inside. He was very much broken seeing the scene in front of him. His baby was fainted in front of his eyes. That day he actually felt that he is a looser. He always thought that he can't able to become a good husband and now he is also thinking that he can't become a good father. 

Veer picks Arsh in his arms and made him lie on bed while Nandini calls the doctor immediately. 

Later

The doctor was checking Arsh while Nandini Veer and Manik were standing there

Doctor: Dekhiye ghabrane ki baat nhi hai, he is fine now. But make sure he doesn't take all this again. 

Veer: Thanks Doctor

Doctor leaves

Manik: Nandini I think you should leave now. 

Nandini : But Manik Arsh

Manik: I will take care of him. You don't have to worry okay. Itne saalo se aaj tak akele dhyaan rakha hai maine Arsh ka. Aage bhi rakh lunga. I don't want him hurt now and he gets hurt when he see you 

Nandini gets tears in her eyes. She was feeling broken seeing the hate Arsh had for her. Nandini leaves from there with Ayesha and Avni in their car. But whole way Nandini was silent. She was not speaking a word. Seeing her own son hating him so much just breaks her heart into pieces.  

Manik was seeing Arsh with tears in his eyes. Veer holds his shoulder

Veer: Mani chinta na kar bro he is fine. Doctors said na nothing happened to him. Chal tu tension na le zyada theek hai
