Hailey Aspen-
Okay I lied.
About wanting to stay his girlfriend for a while.
Super lie.
So I went through his phone and got his moms number.
That's all I did.
I know, it's bad, but I can't expose myself.
Or my plans.
And I'm calling her and I'm terrified.
"Hello?" She answered.
"It's Hailey." I mumbled.
"Oh hi honey! How are you?" She asked and my heart hammered.
"I-I'm good. I was wondering if you had a minute?" I swallowed, pacing my dorm floor.
"Is everything okay honey?" I heard her worry.
"Oh yeah no everything's fine." I laughed.
"Oh okay. Yeah I have a minute." She said.
"Okay, I'll understand 100% if you say no, and I'll respect that, but I know you and Olivia mean everything to him and before I do anything I wanted to come to you." I croaked.
"For what?" She was either smiling or suspicious.
"I want to propose." I covered my mouth.
"To my son?" She asked.
"Yeah. But I needed to ask especially because we've talked but never actually met and I can totally understand if you're not alright with it-"
"Does he know?" She laughed.
"No clue." I shook my head.
And we talked.
We talked and talked.
We had a plan, added Carmen to the call.
And talked.
And everything was perfect.
