I see forever in your eyes.
I feel okay when I see you smile.

Wishing on dandelions all of the time,
praying to god that one day, you'll be mine.

"WHAT HAPPENED?" Caroline asked quickly once she saw Knox scaling the stairs three at a time, pushing people out of the way.

The boy had biked out to Chris's school in order to read her a poem before she could escape. Part of the Barnes girl thought it was really sweet, but the other part thought it was just the tiniest bit creepy. He had insisted on seeing it through, though, so she let him.

"Yeah, how'd it go?" Charlie questioned, grabbing the Overstreet boy by the shoulder excitedly and turning him around so that they were facing each other. "Did you read it to her?"

"Yeah!" Knox answered, and the whole group reached forward to congratulate him. They assumed that she had had a pleasant reaction because he had a huge smile plastered on his face.

Pitts leaned forward curiously once all of the cheering died down, asking the question that they had all been wondering. "What'd she say?"

"Nothing," the blonde answered, causing Caroline to frown. Why was he so excited if she didn't say anything? She thought back to the time when Chris invited him to her boyfriend's party, when he got really worked up over nothing and wondered if this was another one of those times.
