"thanks for picking me up" you smiled at your friend, who was very anxious for a odd reason. you didn't seemed to question, since she could be worry about how her boyfriend hasn't responded to her in a while
"no worries" mina began to back out of your driveway. making a left turn, but usually she took a right, to make the trip to school faster
"why are we going to longer route?" you asked mina, knowing this was odd behaviour of her
once when mina first ever got her licence she had took this route. but it turned out to add ten additional minutes to the drive, which was already fifth-teen minutes. mina had trauma from that day, since she had a really hard math teacher who went ballistic since she was ten minutes late. she swore she wouldn't ever take the drive there, even it was urgent
