I look at the ceiling

My eyelids feeling heavy

Like an empty canvas, I close my eyes and dream of a painting

As my heart is filled with nothing but envy

I greedy dream from a sloth's perspective

A dream world as harmonious and abstractive

I raise my hands to take my imagination into an embrace

Like the pride of one's self, releasing the ego in disgrace

What a boring world

I take the book of my fantasies, an escape from the plain life

A taste of freedom like a bird in the skies, like an endless lust for adventure to keep me safe

And I flip a page because the world is a cage

I want to run away

I shout inside the lonesome empty room

The warth washing over me like the light of the moon

I throw away the book and look up at the boring white ceiling

The gluttony of freedom still lingering in my mind without healing

I want to live

I cry on my pillow like a child, because I don't have much time

As my eyes shut close, I let my mind come to a stop

I don't wanna die
