I was always there when you were falling apart. I was there to pick you up, Whenever you had problems I was there to listen. When you needed someone to take the blame I was there to take the blame. When you had nothing better to do, you would hangout with me. Whenever you broke up with a girl you thought you loved I was there to help. And whenever you didn't need me I was still there thinking that one day you would come to me because you care.
But you didn't. When I was broken you weren't there. When I had problems you were too busy to listen. When I was in trouble you didn't want to get involved. Scared that you will also get in trouble. When I was bored and had no one you were too busy or had something better to do rather than hanging out with me. I waited for you, waited to see if you and I had a chance of being together, but I was foolish to wait for you even if I still am. I was foolish because I loved you.
I was used by you for all these years. All these years I could had been happy, live life to the fullest, the way I wanted to live, have friends, be in a relationship, follow my dreams. But I am the one to be blamed for my foolishness. I'm not blaming you, but myself. I now realized that I was only your second option.
But now I will live the life I want, without you and definitely not your second option. Goodbye and thank you for coming to me when you needed help.
