St. Aquinas School was first established in a building connected to a tiny church named after St. Thomas Aquinas, a Catholic patron of all universities and students.
Newer and taller adjoining school buildings surround the church now, and it has become a landmark because of it's large, beautiful, stained glass dome that takes up most of the roof.

My inspiration for the school is a mix of my own imagination and the Loyola School on the Upper East Side in New York City.
