"L.A doesn't seem that bad" Dottie sighed with a smile on her face as she stepped out of the airport ignoring the world for a second "Aimsworth for God's sake carry your own bag" Jack spoke from behind walking towards her "oh almost forgot I came with a jerk" she mumbled before turning her head back at him
"Miss Aimsworth? taxi?" a man asked parking in front of her "oh yeah that's me" she smiled going inside the car "hey butler hurry up with that" she pointed at her bag earning another glare from Jack as he placed both of their bags in the trunk "I don't think its Chief's order that we'll ride in a taxi together" she spoke as Jack sat inside ignoring her
"Thank you for your service, you can go home wherever your staying" Dottie said laying down on the couch "I'm gonna kill you one day" Jack responds making his way out "I'll be waiting" she replied looking around Howard's mansion "being Howard Stark's girlfriend isn't really bad" she mumbled smiling
Dottie ran towards the living room after she got woke up from her nap by the phone ringing "Stark residence" she spoke answering the telephone "how's L.A Agent Aimsworth" Daniel answered "L.A is actually pretty nice and seems pretty peaceful" she respond. "I'd hate to cut off your rest but we need you here" Dottie raised her eyebrows confused "back there in New York?"
"I meant here in SSR Los Angeles. I don't think Chief mentioned that I'll be here too" "Agent Sousa I'd be there in an hour" she replied ending the call before going to the door after hearing a few knocks "Miss Aimsworth" Jarvis greeted standing outside with a smile on his face "Jarvis, what are you doing here" she asked confused "Oh Mr Stark told me to assist you here" Jarvis answered picking his bag back up from the ground
"Howard can't even survive an hour without me how is he supposed to survive now without the two of us" she spoke stepping aside for Jarvis to walk in "the man himself said he'll be fine so I'm here as a butler and a friend" Jarvis smiled making her grin "I'll accept you as a friend but as a butler no, I already have one" she responds making him confused "that fast?"
"Butler I'm guessing Daniel called you too so I'll be here waiting for you to pick me up to head to the SSR" she spoke after dialing Jack's apartment number "Elizabeth if it wasn't Chief's order to pick you up for work I already have suggested that I'll do this investigation on my own" Jack responded making her grin "hurry up please" she said ending the call
"Hey darling, what you doing here all by yourself" a man asked standing beside Dottie while she waits for Jack to get out of the car from across the road "Jack hurry up Agent Sousa is waiting" she yelled ignoring the man "cmon ditch that man and come with me" the man spoke again making her roll her eyes, Daniel stood in the door wondering what's taking the two so long
After Jack locked the doors he got out of the car and looked at his self in the car window "stop bothering me" she warned the man while her glance stayed at Jack. Dottie's eyes widen after feeling the man smacked her butt making her clench her fist. Daniel was about to walk towards Dottie and the man but got stooped by Jack's whistle, after Jack got his attention he shook his head and pointed at her and mouthed him "let her handle it"
Both of their head turned to Dottie's direction after hearing a groan from the man that just got punched by Dottie. She kicked him between his legs making him drop to the floor with a hand on his manhood. "Dottie are you okay?" Daniel asked walking towards her "absolutely. Shall we?" she asked walking towards the headquarters as Jack crossed the street with a grin on his lip
"Told you" Jack spoke as him and Daniel stood beside the man and looked down at him while he kept groaning from the pain between his legs. Jack kicked the man on his legs before walking towards the headquarters "she isn't that bad" he muttured "it's so obvious" daniel replied "you like Aimsworth" only for Jack to roll his eyes in response and left him outside "he didn't even denied it" Daniel muttered grinning
"Sir this is the 15th time someone from New York is calling and it isn't from the SSR" An Agent spoke while the three look through a file "tell them we're busy" Daniel replied "sir I already told him that" Jack walked towards the man and took the telephone from his hand "Agent Thompson" Jack spoke "ah Thompson, where's my lady at" Howard replied
Dottie and Daniel looked at Jack "boy toy" Jack muttured looking at Dottie making her roll her eyes "what do you need" she asked "missed me? how's L.A treating you" Howard asked making her smile "pretty good. You shouldn't have sent Mr Jarvis here" she answered "you need him more than I do" Howard replied
"Alright I'll call you when I'm back home, we have works to do" "also tell that blondie not to call me boy toy again. I'm more than that" Howard answered making her roll her eyes with a smile knowing his grinning at the moment
