Spirals

Everything that they've said, it just Spirals in my thoughts.
Everything they've done to me Spirals in my thoughts.
Everything they've made me feel just Spirals everywhere.
It sticks with me, as a Spiral all around.
I feel everything is a lie because of the constant Spiral.
I feel that their lies have infected onto others, it spirals even thoughout others words of kindness.
Spiraling and Spiraling until I break.
