"OH THANK GOD." Were the first words to leave Kaia's lips the moment she spotted Ashlyn the next morning.
Ashlyn blinked at her as Kaia, Aiden and Ben had been waiting for her at the front of the school alongside the twins as Logan was currently no where to be found. Kaia, Aiden and Ben had all been taken by Kaia's mom that morning as she had a lot of time on her hands that morning, so she thought it to be fit. Plus two out of three of the kids were already at her house, she may as well make sure all three of them get to school okay. Plus she wanted to cook breakfast for the two boys after learning from Kaia when she woke up that Aiden's parents have been out of town the last week and she wanted the two boys to have a home cooked meal.
She also ended up inviting both boys to stay over until Aiden's parents got back as she didn't feel right about leaving the two alone in such a large house all by themselves, plus Aiden was over practically every other night anyways, so she may as well just have both boys. Plus admittedly Ji-Soo had grown very attached both boys, more so Ben as he had offered to help her cook breakfast with her so she automatically loved the boy.
"What...?" Ashlyn muttered out in confusion at the overly happy way that Kaia had greeted her, but she quickly realized where her happiness stemmed from as Kaia moved towards her, her hands brushing over her braids. "Oh."
