Hey guys! In the last chapter when I was doing the news scene I described Ray and Gage as wearing jeweled mask instead of the typical ones you see in movies. Well, there's a gif of what I mean! :D

Fog clouded the air low down to the streets, smoke from Ray's cigarette helping to cloud his vision even more. He wore black cargo pants that were just tight enough not to get in the way but hot so tight that they limited his movements. His shirt was thin material, dry-fit, and clung to him like an extra layer of skin; black as well. His boots were heavy and steel toed but he was silent as he crept down the streets towards his destination.

"When the elevator moves the cameras beep to signal the guards. You'll have two downstairs watching, two outside the room, and then the room next door has four live-ins. So that's nine. Can you handle that?" Gage asked, his voice ringing through the earpiece in Ray's left ear.

"Depends on if Felix can do his job or not."

"Fuck you bitch. How bout you worry bout not getting your arrogant ass killed and I'll handle the cameras."

This time it was Felix who spoke and despite how annoying the older man was, Ray couldn't help but smirk. Felix was hardly in a position to call anyone arrogant. Ever since Freddy disappeared Felix moved up in the chain of command to take his spot. Both his ego and his head got bigger and Ray was one of the only people who purposely disrespected him just to rile him up.

"Can we stop bickering and just get the job done already? I've got a date with the she devil in an hour and she'll blue ball me if I'm late."

Ray rolled his eyes and kept walking, slowing his steps down to a casual stroll as he neared the building. He could hear Gage and Felix going back and forth about Gage's girlfriend of the week Veronica but he tuned them out as he walked straight through the door, headphones in his ears and head down as he looked at his phone. Trying to pass as some kid.

He could see the pathetic and lazy excuse for night watch sitting behind the front desk in their white button ups and blue ties and knew they would be no threat. It was the two dressed in suits behind them that were eyeing Ray suspiciously that he smiled at. They were big, broad, and looked mean as hell. But they weren't intimidating in the least.

Ray walked straight across the lobby to the elevators where he pressed the button and waited silently for the doors to ding.

"The penthouse is on the thirtieth floor so you'll have to ride up to the 25th, get off, and then get back on. Felix would have switched the camera feed by then so it only shows you getting off and then blank. You could go to the 29th but guards get suspect when to close," Gage explained.

"Got it."

The doors dung and Ray stepped inside before turning and leaning against the wall. He was content to just relax and listen to the elevator music but then his phone went off and when he saw who was calling, he couldn't help hit switch the Bluetooth in his ear over.

"Hello. This is Jake from Statefarm speaking."

"Ha ha ha. You're so funny," Danny chuckled dryly and Ray couldn't help but smile.

"What can I do for you, baby girl?"

There was a pause and it didn't take a genius to know Danny was blushing. Ever since their little date in Danny's room the two of them were even closer than before and it wasn't knew for Ray to find little nicknames like this to call her. She teased him for them at first, but she'd be lying if she said she didn't welcome them all the same.

"Nothing, I just wanted to know if you'd be up for drinks later tonight."

"What do you mean later tonight?" Ray chuckled, "it's two a.m. Danny."
