In the 1990s, a family man named Dustin, residing in Crown Heights, Brooklyn find himself looking out of the window on the 4th floor apartment, his family recently moved into. Dustin notices something strange when these two guys, who ordinarily spend their time hanging on the street corner.  Dustin suspects they're dealing drugs. They're always there, chatting among themselves, talking to the females, and conducting brisk transactions. Yet, they're not unruly; mostly keeping to themselves trying to be discreet, and Dustin is thankful they don't trouble him or his family.  What happened is this police car pulls up in front them, the cop behind the steering wheel, still sitting in the squad car along his partner on the passenger side, he summons the two to the car and they approach the car, complying without hesitation or argument. Dustin watches as the cop talks to the two and instructs them to empty their pockets; then he gives them both a pat down, having them turn around also for pat-downs, also. After a brief conversation with the two, the officers drive away and the two return to what they were doing and Dustin shakes his head, cracking up.
