Death remains the truth
While life a lie.
You may not see it coming
Yet, it will hug you tight.
It is Peace as in
the stagnant waters
And peace as in
a garden of flowers.
The sweetest of venom
To our taste,
Though scared
We take a sip of it each day.
Time passes by
as seasons cross.
None of us ever
Escape its grasp.
Like a gigantic branch
It reaches its length,
When it comes
In contact with us for once.
It embraces us,
Though we hate it,
That's it's Beauty
And no one can steal it.
Pretty as in
A row of flowers,
And Pretty as in,
the nightly hours.
It remains so for
Eternity my dear,
Yet, it is something
We all fear.
For it is,
Darker than nights
& Scarier than heights,
But you never get it
Twice in life.
For you live everyday
And die only once
Ain't it precious
But you hate it's presence.
It is an escape
From this cycle
Of death & birth,
Must u be so scared of its hug.
It is death my dear
You can never force it,
For peace with it can
Only be maintained, with life.
