⪻Poem #59⪼

The shadow casts by the moon's radiate light,
Loneliness emerges in a silent plight.
A bleak soul, adrift in the night;
Yearning and craving for connection.

Darkness, a companion unseen,
Wraps its claws 'round hearts so keen.
In crowded rooms or empty spaces,
It lingers, leaving phantom traces.

A gloomy star in the vast expanse,
Loneliness dances with a sorrowful trance.
Aching for home, a comforting touch,
Yearning for that love, meaning so much.

But amidst the solitude, hope take flight,

For loneliness can birth strength and insight.
In the depths of despair, resilience is found,
And the heart learns to heal, to rebound.

For in the stream of life, though it may seem,
Loneliness, a thread, not just a dream.
Teaching us empathy, compassion, and grace,
To embrace our own selves, finding our own place.

So if you find yourself touched by gloom's sting,
Remember, dear heart, it's not everything.
Seek connection, reach out, let your heart unfurl,
And know that you're never alone in this world.
