y/n, topper, sarah and rafe have been best friends since birth, because their parents are all bestfriends so they kinda had to be bestfriends. from day 1 everyones parents have been saying that rafe and y/n will end up together but neither believed it because they are like family to eachother.

so unlike most people i'm not writing about the actual outer banks story, like rafe isn't bad like he didn't do the things he did in the show those things never happened. but the pogues are still in this and rafe still has a drug addiction. and topper isn't really a dick like he is in the show. but some things are the same for example i might do some parts that are like the show.
