chapter 13

after hour of flying we finally arrived in the Bahamas.

"finally" rafe said kissing me

i rested my forehead against his and smiled, looking into his big blue eyes

"you two stop being romantic and get off the plane" topper said laughing

"oh right" me and rafe said blushing because we were both so caught up in the romantic moment

we got off the plane and got our bags, then we got into the taxi to go to the Bahama house. we weren't going to stay in the bahama house forever, we planned to buy our own house once we get enough money.

in the taxi i looked through my photos and immediately smiled, i saw old pictures of the four of us when we were toddlers.

"rafe look" i said showing him my phone

"who would have known we would end up here?" he said laughing at the photos

"not me" i said putting my head on his shoulder

30 minutes later we pulled up outside the massive house.

"damn i forgot it was this big" i confessed looking up at it

"same, cmon y/n" topper said gesturing for me to get on his back

"let's go top" i said getting on his back as he walked into the house

topper ran through the house with me on his back looking through all the rooms to find one to dibs.

"ME AND RAFE CALL DIBS ON THIS ONE" i screamed as we ran into the master bedroom

"fuck you, i wanted this one" topper said laughing

i stuck my middle finger back at him in a jokey way and walked out of the room to find rafe.

"rafe?" i called, walking around the house

"yeah" he replied from the kitchen

"oh hi" i said laughing

"hi, i wanna show you something" he said, grabbing my hand and pulling me somewhere

"there can't be anything in this house that i haven't seen before" i said laughing

"trust me there is" he said, as he started to walk up the stairs towards the attic

"you used to tell me the attic was haunted when we were 5" i said

"i just said that because i didn't want you up here" he confessed, this caused me to flash a hurt look across my face. rafe obviously noticed because he lifted my chin up so i was looking him in the eyes and said "but that was when i wasn't deeply in love with you and starting a family with you ok?" he said smiling

"ok" i said smiling at his sweet words

"it's not the attic i wanna show you" he said walking though the attic

"then why are we up here?" i asked laughing

"this" he said opening a small window that revealed the roof and sunset

"god it's so pretty, but i'm still confused" i said giggling slightly

"follow me" he said climbing out of the window

"i'm pregnant do you want me to die?" i asked, refusing to follow him out of the window

"trust me" he said offering me his hand

"fine, but don't make me regret this" i said taking his hand and following him out of the window

"here we are" he said looking around at the roof of the massive house

he had made it look really pretty, it was a flat roof so we could sit on it normally. he had put a picnic blanket out and all my favourite foods and pregnancy cravings with rose petals around it.

"oh my god your so cute, i love you so much" i said looking around at it

"i love you more" he said smiling at me

we sat down and admired the sunset and eachother for hours. we stayed on the roof till about 3am, when i stood up to leave rafe spun me around to face him again. but he wasn't stood up he was down on one knee with a ring in his hand.

"oh my god" i whispered

"will you marry me?" he asked, getting emotional

"of course, i love you!" i exclaimed, as he stood up i launched myself into his arms as he spun me around and kissed me passionately.

"forever" he whispered into my hair

"forever rafe cameron" i said with happy tears flowing down my cheeks
