"20-David to Command, my team is safe, and we got the goods." Hondo's voice came through, today was y/n's last day in command. She had to go through so much physical therapy or just one bullet missing her vest. But the team sounded like they had fun so she wasn't going to ruin it for them

The next morning y/n walked into the building bag slung over her shoulder when she walked into the locker room she jumped as the sound of hoots and Hollars as her teammates, minutes deacon seeing as he was still with Annie, clapped and congratulated her

"Holy shit" the girl let out as she jumped her hand immediately coming over her mouth "you scared me"

"Welcome back!" Luca brought her into a hug soon enough street joined,then Chris then tan and finally Hondo. Their voices combined together a they parted away leaving the girl smiling

After she dressed she walked back out to the team seeing deacon walked in

"I missed the welcoming party Hey, Deac!" She smiled hugging him when they parted she put her hands on her hips"How's Annie doing?"

"She's good. She's so good, she kicked me out of the house." He then looked to the team "She wanted to, uh, thank you all for the flowers and the cards and cupcakes. And the police officer strippergram."

"Was he awesome?" Street asked

"Let's just say he was well-oiled and completely inappropriate. But I haven't seen her laugh like that in a long time." Deacon chuckled

"Awesome." Street said as he brought him into a side hug

"Deac." Hondo spotted him "Good to have you back, man."

"Ready to rock." Deacon nodded "What do we got?"

"Results from the field kit came back. Fentanyl tested at 90%. Purest I've ever seen. As expected, the G-Boys are reaching out to various contacts, but the one person a few of them called was Eddie Rhee."

"Rhee's vice president of the Wilshire Hope chain of banks. He's got financial ties in South Korea and the ability to transfer large amounts of cash overseas." Hondo added

"*He's also got two mansions in Hancock Park... one for his wife and their kids, the other for his mistress and their kids. And guess who's on the payroll as Rhee's private bodyguard."

"Peter Kwon." Hondo told him "Head of the Golden Boys. Recently paroled from Soledad after doing eight years for assault on an LAPD motorcycle cop. He's dangerous, so on your toes."

They all unloaded out of the two cars they took Luca chuckled  as they did so "Ah. That right there..." he pointed to a restaurant "best black noodles joint in the city, hands down."

"Never knew you were such a connoisseur of Korean cuisine." Street looked surprised

"Fresh out of the academy, I spent my first two years in K-Town." Luca smiled "i'm like an honorary Asian around here."

"Uh-huh. Heard that from white cops before." Tan nodded as they walked "Then we go out drinking, they don't know soju from sake."

"Yeah, well, both rice wines, grasshopper, but soju's Korean at 21% alcohol. Sake's Japanese at only 15%." Luca explained

"Ah, so you picked up a few things in K-Town." Tan shook his head "I did a year undercover in Chinatown."

"Dude, L.A.'s Chinatown is, like, two blocks." Luca chuckled "If you lasted a year undercover, you must've been wearing one hell of a fake mustache."
