"Im soooo excitedddd! I missed my babies so much" I told Dre as we headed to the door to Darius and Trin's house
Our flight was delayed so we didn't get back as early as we planned so we couldn't pick Gigi up from school so she went to Lea's house after school. Thankfully I called Lea to let her know we were on the way before we got to her house because she was over at Darius' house so we headed over there.
As soon as we got to the door it opened and Trin stood there smiling
"There goes my best friendddd!" She yelled, damn near jumping on me "Oh my gosh don't ever leave me for this long again"
I laughed, hugging her back while Dre sucked his teeth
"She ain miss you. Move" He pushed her upside the head, walking past her to go in the house
Trin rolled her eyes
"You know he gotta be an asshole" I told her
I followed her in the house and closed the door behind me
"Im glad yall back! Come get yall bad ass son" Darius said from the couch he was sitting on where Gio was beside him
Gio laid on his back watching tv with one foot propped up and his cup in his hand. He looked up and when he saw us he started smiling before jumping up and ran straight to Dre first
"Wassup Twinnn" Dre said to Gio as he hugged him
"Well dang, what about me?" I shrugged
"Is that my mommy?" I could hear Gigi's voice as she ran down the hall with Lea following behind her
Once she saw us she started cheesing and ran over to me, hugging me
"Mommy! I missed you so much"
"I missed you too"
"Don't ever leave again okay. I was sad"
"Me and Daddy wanted to go on a trip"
"Take me with you next time"
I rose my eyebrow then looked at Trin who shrugged
"I don't know chile... I don't know"
"Darius you traumatized my baby?" Dre asked him and he shook his head
"Hell nah. The only person that should be traumatized is me. Not by Gigi though. The other one. Dre Jr really is bad as shit"
"My son ain bad" I defended Gio as I looked over at him while he laid his head on Dre.
Once he made eye contact with me he smiled and reached for me
"Ma!" He called out so I grabbed him from Dre, hugging him
"Mommy missed you soooo much"
"Stop lying" Darius told me as he got up and walked over to Dre, tapping his arm "Ride with me real quick."
"Well damn. You couldn't wait for him to get back so you could take him away from me."
"My brother been stuck with you for over a week straight. I know he tired of seeing yo face."
I made a face at Darius.
"Chill on my baby. I love looking at her face" Dre chuckled.
"He just saying that cause you right here. Now hush and sit yo big headed ass here with them until we get back."
