@ the Skating rink

we all met at the skating rink and paid for the family pack.

"what size?" the lady behind the counter asked me.

"8 please" i said

she gave me my skates and i went to sit down and put them on.

"i ain't been skating in a minute" Aamira said to me as she put her skates on next to me.

"same" i said and stood up re adjusting my clothes.

"Man imma bust my ass" Kori said as he stood up after putting his skates on

"Im already knowing" Tylann chimed in

"Been years since i skated" Jay said

"It's okay bae i'll hold your hand" Mira said grabbing his hand and leading them onto the rink.

I was starting to get the hang of it again and i started to remember how much i loved to skate.

they started playing "Said sum" by Moneybagg Yo and the City Girls and every body in that bitch was turning up

I felt someone grab my hand and it was Kori struggling

"nigga please don't fall" i said helping him get stable.

"ion know why i came wit y'all niggas" he said shaking his head.

"you'll get the hang of it"

we went around a couple times before stopping to go get food.

i got a slushee and some nachos and he got the same.

"how come i ain't never seen you around before" he asked me

"i don't ever go nowhere but to work and home" i said and drank some of my slushee.

"where you work?" he asked me.

"i'm a nail and lash tech"

"that's coo, i know you got money" Kori said making me laugh

"yea sum like that"

"how bout you where you work?"i asked him.

"Besides making plays I'm a co owner of the store Matrix. Both of them" he said.

"Damn nigga YOU got all the money" i said and he laughed.

"i love the store Matrix, lemme get a discount"

"mmm maybe we'll see" he said.

"Y'all Jay just bust his ass" Tylann came over to us laughing.

i turned around and saw Mira helping his ass up off the ground.

"gah damn" i laughed.

"that has got to be embarrassing" Ty said

"hell naw" Kori said laughing.

"Mane fuck this i'm ready to go" Jay said coming over to us dusting his self off.

"i told you not to try to skate backwards but you ain't wanna listen" mira said shaking her head.

"It is getting late and i gotta work tomorrow" i said taking my skates off.

we all decided it was time to go so we returned our skates and put our shoes back on.

"you riding with me?" I asked Kori

"Yeah you can drop me off?" he asked and i nodded

"Bye mira love you" i gave her a hug

"Love you too"

We got in the car and i let Kori connect to the aux

He played Frank Ocean and i was surprised he knew bout him.

"Ohkayy what you know bout him" i said turning it up.

"I love Frank" he said.

After about 15 minutes we pulled up to his house.

"Thanks for the ride"

"You're welcome" i said.

"See you later" he said and got out

i waited for him to get inside before pulling off.

It was about 10 minutes before i got home.

I took a shower for about 15 minutes before getting out and starting my night routine.

I put lotion on my body and sprayed on deodorant.

i put on a big T shirt and put my hair in a bonnet.

i went into my bathroom and washed my face and moisturized it after.

i brushed my teeth and water flossed before heading to my closet to lay out my clothes for tomorrow.

I layed out some black leggings and a pink hoodie  with my pink crocs.

i plugged my phone up and turned on a random show for background noise.

i scrolled through tiktok before setting my alarm and rolling over.
