"Be ready by 6 mama" Kori said through the phone
This morning we went to breakfast by the beach, and went shopping.
He left not too long ago and told me to mind my business when i asked him where he was going.
"Okay, what should i wear?" i asked him
"Just dress up pretty how you do" he said
"Ouuu okay okay, i been waiting to dress up" i said
"I'll see you in a bit ma" he said and with that we hung up
I got up and brought out my red body con dress i got from fashion nova, and my red heels also from fashion nova.
I lied them on the bed and went to go get in the shower.
after showering for about 15 minutes, i got out and did my hygiene before taking out my make-up.
I did a simple beat and applied lashes and lined my lips before putting on lip gloss.
i put my braids in a half up half down style and layed my edges.
I then went to go put a little bit more baby oil on my legs, feet and arms before getting dressed.
It was 5:45 and i was all ready just waiting on Kori.
He called me letting me know he was downstairs so i grabbed the room key and headed down.
When i got outside, he was standing outside the passenger door with roses.
"You look good" he said looking me up and down and licking his lips.

He was also dressed up nice in his polo and jordans.
"These for you ma" he said and gave me the roses
"Thank youu, you was listening when i said i loved roses" i said and smelled them
he opened the door for me and i got in the car, setting my roses on the back seat.
"where we going?" i asked as he got in and started the car.
"Just ride, you'll see" he said
he turned on some music and i just scrolled on instagram until we arrived to the beach 10 minutes later.
"Don't touch that door handle" he said making me laugh as he got out.
he came to my side and opened my door for me
"since when you get so gentlemen and polite" i asked him
"not too much" he said playfully
"you around me too much" i laughed and shook my head
he grabbed my hand and walked me over to a decorated area by the water.
There were more rose petals on the sand, and a table with a candle lit.
"Aweeee you did all this for me" i said almost about to cry
"don't start that crying shit spark, but hell yeah you know i had to do sum special for you" he said and i hugged him
we sat down and there were two menus in front of us, so of course my hungry ass got to looking for what i wanted to eat right away.
a server walked down shortly after to take our orders.
"I want the cajun pasta with garlic bread, and for my drink can i get a strawberry pineapple daiquiri?" i said
"I want the baked ziti with garlic bread and for my drink i just want a lemonade" kori ordered
"alright, i'll be back with your drinks shortly" our server said and walked away
"So Spark, I know we been hanging for some time now, and we basically best friends and some more." kori said to me and grabbed my hand from across the table
"i love everything about you, from your determination to get money, your relationship with your little sister, how big your heart is, and even yo stank ass breath in the morning" he said
i was cheesing hard as hell till that last part.
"okay that last part, wasn't needed" i said and we laughed.
"but with all that being said, i wanted to know if you would officially be my girlfriend?" he asked
"of course i will" i said
he then pulled a box out of his pocket, it looked liked a pandora box.
"i got you this promise ring, cause i promise to be here for you through any and everything" he said and opened the box.
it was a beautiful heart shaped diamond ring.
"okay now im gonna cry" i said as tears started forming.
"you gon mess up your makeup ma" he said laughing
"okay you right you right" i said and fought them back.
he put the ring on my ring finger and it fit perfectly.
we stood up and he pulled me into a long passionate kiss.
"you definitely getting sum tonight" i said as we sat back down.
Our server was back with our drinks and our food not to long after that.
We ate, and just talked about everything we wanted for our future.
After we ate, we took a walk by the beach before heading back to our hotel. • • • • they finally together yall🥰
