I cry when I'm angry
Makes me so frustrated
Which makes me cry more…
People don't take me seriously
My anger doesn't look like a hot flaming ball
A red hue doesn't fog my vision
I'm angry for a few minutes,
Then sadness replaces it
I hate it.
I just want to feel the anger
I want to express it
Let it out
But it doesn't work like that in my brain
It doesn't let me feel.
Sadness is the default setting when everything goes wrong
