its crazy
how
we're all best friends when we see each other
we love our company
we laugh at the stupidest things possible
we just casually talk about who has more views
or who wrote more things that day
or whoever is higher in the rankings
and its fun
we're all fun and games
but our actual writing
the pen and paper
the pixels and screen
the words and thoughts
we're absolute fucking chaos
all of us
and we just
ignore it
so we dont have to question the things we're saying to each other
so we dont let us down
so we dont ruin us any more than we are
for as many strings we've tied together to keep us together
as much scotch tape we've used to get that one little piece to stop falling off
the scars are getting bigger
i hate to admit that
but its undeniable
and we dont know where the band-aids to heal them are
i dont at least
can you tell me where they are?
we may be in a civil war
but our haven is out there
and our battle is in here
