When I first told the boys that I wanted to start learning self defense, Jin strongly objected to the idea and made sure everyone knew it. Not because he doesn't think I should for its intended purpose, he just doesn't want me to exhaust myself since I'm already doing so much. He wants me to be mentally ready before going into that kind of thing.

Then I straight up told him that I'm going to do it with or without his permission, because it's something I want in case something like this happens again. I did that with my own voice, to my surprise, albeit with a bit of struggling.

This astounded the rest of the boys, since Jungkook had been the only one to hear me speak since that night. "Ah, we finally heard our rose's voice again!" Hoseok had cried happily, as the rest of the boys came to hug the shit out of me while Jin was left dumbfounded in his seat.

Ever since then they've been trying to get me to speak more, and while occasionally my voice wants to cooperate, other times it doesn't at all.

Now we are getting ready for the interview scheduled in the next hour. Namjoon will do as much talking for me as he can in case I'm asked any questions, and they even said I could bring Sketch along since he's so well behaved.

I've spent the past week filling up the empty spaces of my schedule with defense classes and workouts, though I am making sure not to stay out too late like I had before. I always had Sketch by my side so the boys didn't constantly have to go with me everywhere, as much as they insisted upon doing so.

Doing that along with practicing my aerial silks really helped a lot. I've been able to slowly but surely start smiling more, and more of my nights are free of nightmares.

"How are you feeling, Tajang?" Jimin asks with a bright smile, wrapping me up in his arms as I'm trying to put my heels on.

"I'm a bit nervous," I respond with a little difficulty.

Jimin's smile brightens as he squeezes me tighter before letting go. "Here, let me help," He says before kneeling in front of me, taking my shoes from my hands. I can't help but turn a little red as he slips the heels over my feet and clasps the belt with ease.

Taehyung helped me pick out my outfit for today, a black base dress with a sheer top that reminds me of a chain link fence. There is a white undershirt beneath it, a pink belt around the waist and topped off with a blue flower in the center. The dress itself comes past my knees, and I managed to find my nude colored tights to go along with it.

I completed the look with my signature accessory, Jimin's hair pin firmly in place as my hair is done in an intricate braid down my back

I completed the look with my signature accessory, Jimin's hair pin firmly in place as my hair is done in an intricate braid down my back. The mochi smiles up at me before taking my hands in his. "You're going to do great, I promise," He says before placing a kiss on the back of my palm.

Choi walks over with a soft smile, taking a seat beside me. "I see you're wearing the friendship bracelet," She comments, gesturing to the red braided accessory on my wrist. I notice that she is also wearing her green one, if only Gisselle were here then we'd have all three.
