Hinata's POV
Last Day
"Natsu, you're going to have a practice match today right?"
"Yes, it will be against one of the power houses in the region." she's currently packing her bento in the kitchen.
"Did you prepare everything you'll need?"
"Yup!"
"Good. Goodluck."
"Thank you!"
"By the way, where's mom?"
"She went to the market after she finished breakfast."
I just nodded and stared at my sister, she's all grown up now. Time sure flies.
"I'll go now!"
"Okay! Do your beat! Fighting!"
"Thank you Nii-chan." she smiled and went to change into her outdoor shoes.
"See you!"
"Good morning Shoyo," a yawning Ushijima-san said.
"Same to you. The kids?"
The kids slept with us yesterday because my heat is finally over.
"Still sleeping."
"Let's have breakfast," he followed me to the kitchen and he sat opposite to my chair.
We said our thanks and started eating.
It's quiet but not awkward.
"This will be my last day here."
I look at him and slowly nodded. "That's right."
Silence.
"Uhm... are you going back to Tokyo immediately?"
"Yeah, my dad said I need to accompany him there for 2 weeks."
2 weeks? That's quite long.
"When are you going back to Tokyo?"
"Also in 2 weeks."
"Uhm... I want to ask this for a while now. The kids birthday is on December 28 right?"
How did he know that?
"Yes, it's December 28, 2012."
"They're turning six, right? I missed the first 5 years." he laughed awkwardly but there's an evident hint of sadness. I look away and sighed.
"Do you want to celebrate it with them?"
"Really?! I can?!"
I nodded, "Thank you so much."
After the conversation we had, he presented his birthday ideas and I just agreed. The triplets deserve that kind of party.
